Composting comes to PCCC!

Our grant application has been approved and we will be implementing our composting program in the upcoming weeks.   Here's a quick introduction to what you can expect:   

Green bins - Compost

• Food waste, 
• soiled paper and compostable foodware
• coffee grounds and tea bags 

Blue bins - Recycling 

• Plastic communion cups 
• Metal food and beverage containers 
• Glass bottles and jars     
• Plastic bottles and jugs 
• Tubs, cups, deli containers  identified with numbers 1 through 7 
• Plastic shopping bags 
• Food and beverage cartons such as juice boxes and milk, soup and broth cartons 
• Paper and cardboard  

Trash bins  - 
Styrofoam Foil 
Plastic wrappers
